It’s a role play, a performance steeped hyper-materialism and post-globalisation, but everything is real. Labour power intensifies as phone data decreases, and untraceable wounds remind you of our biological difference and similarity, and in this sense we are all connected. The constant low-frequency sparkles of the city are aggressive, and there is no garbage that you can’t find nearby. Humans resemble mutant parasitic plants, taking root and perpetually migrating. The construction sites, landfills, dark alleys, and wastelands—just a dozen hours’ flight away—create a sense of familiarity.
The story unfolds with two windows and a mirror in my room. You and I flow in and out, morphing with our surroundings. You and I flow inside and outside and morph with the environments. In front of the wardrobe and on the other side of the curtains, we bear witness to the rotting of Pierrot.

Wound on Middle Knuckle of Middle Finger was later shown in other events as an independent video work.
